"Positive Synergy Coaching: Certified Competency-based Coaching" offers a balanced integration of knowledge, skill, experience, practical application and creativity, presented by Accredited ICF Coaches with extensive professional experience in their fields of coaching. Our training teaches the NEW REVISED Core Competencies of the ICF, as implemented in 2021.

Online Practicum where students practice the Core Competencies in Breakout Rooms, while observed by facilitators. Students rotate in 20-minute slots, and verbal feedback by Facilitator afterwards.
